5 stars for Chris who is an excellent salesman. He checks every box of everything you could ever want in a salesman. He was knowledgeable about the car we were interested in, he wasn’t pushy, he was honest, and he was so easy to communicate with. He went out of his way to get the exact car that I wanted and had it there within the day for me to pick up. You can tell that he puts 100% of his best effort into his job and helping customers.

Car buying is always filled with anxiety, it is even harder when you are shopping to replace a vehicle that was totaled days earlier. We went to Audi Orange Park looking for a used Audi Q5. What we found was kindness, service excellence and an overall atmosphere that was easy, friendly and many who were ready to help in anyway. Ali, brought out several used cars for us to preview, in a moment the sticker of the new car in the showroom caught my eye. I asked and he introduced me to Andy, the sales manager.
