If you go to this Dealership - ask for Riley Gurkin! Riley was amazing!!! He listened and worked with us. We could trust him and felt comfortable with him from the first phone call. He bent over backwards for us - worked within our budget and our situation and we would work with him again and again! The others that we loved were Allan in Service Brianna KD Charlye Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I gave this a 5 star because of everything listed above. But I will say - avoid Chi Chan. He was not helpful when it came to the bargaining part. He did NOT take the time to listen to us - he fought us so hard that we walked and went and got financing through VyStar. He was rude and he was snippy. This made him angry so he drug his feet, argued with the VyStar rep and would not send over the proper paperwork for us to get our check before they closed on a Sat. Pushing the process out a few more days. Had it not been for everyone else listed above - we would have walked away completely. But - seriously - the rest of the people were sooooo great, it made up for his crazy. It's sad that one person can change everything for a customer.

I had an excellent experience buying a car with Jaime Quiroga. From the first moment, he was very friendly, attentive, and professional. He helped me find the perfect car for me without pressuring me at any point. The entire process was transparent and easy, and his customer service was exceptional. The sales people at coconut point Honda have been extremely helpful they went above and beyond. Seth was our sales guy and he made the magic happen. As a first time car buyer I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle. They worked with me on crunching the numbers to get a payment that worked for me. Within 2 hours I was in and out driving a new vehicle off the lot beyond pleased with my experience 10 out of 10.

Where do I begin? I have a very much so anticipated trip to Key West with my sisters and out of no where my relic 2011 Odyssey shows a check engine indicator. This cannot be happening with a trip of a lifetime which includes Dry Tortugas camping on the line! I called after hours leaving a message with the service department about my plight, with a plea for help but with no expectation that my trip can actually be salvaged. To my utter and complete delight, the service manger Ed, returns my call the first minute in the morning (I daresay even before the start of business for the dealership) and invites me to bring the vehicle in. I was greeted promptly by Rick (Wednesday Rick that is) and within minutes Oscar was there to inventory my concerns and said he would do his best to help my and the girls get on our way. I took advantage of the shuttle service and once again got to witness Wednesday Rick in action and was deposited safely to my residence. True to form within hours I had the diagnosis, the estimate, and assurances that we should be good to go for our trip. My story doesn’t end there. Before noon the following day, I received a call to tell me my van was ready for pick up. Great teams are built from great leadership and it is evident that every member of the team, cares about the customer service and is personally attached to ensuring an truly differentiated experience. I’ve decided after this experience, I know where my next car will be purchased and I look forward to becoming a loyal customer. It is not surprising that you have over 1,800 reviews from your customers. You’ve earned every star and my only regret is that I’m limited to only five stars. Ryan Helen was great. Very professional. He really showed he cared about my vehicle and getting the services I needed . Adrian came to us as soon as we pulled up offering more than what we paid for our 2020 mirage. He walked with us in the heat and showed us each car we wanted to see. He did everything possible to help us drive away in a 2024. What an amazing individual who we appreciate so much.

I came in looking for a BMW X6 or a Mercedes Crossover Coupe. We were met by sales Jonathan. My husband asked him to show me something else that was comparable. Jonathan said they had an Audi Q8 Quattro. I was disinterested until he opened it up and I saw all of what Audi had to offer in the vehicle. Jonathan was a great Salesman. He got the deal done. They took care of us and I am now apart of the Audi Family for life. I LOVE my Q8!

Kevin sold my mom a Subaru Ascent great sales guy was very patient with my mother. Dealership was very friendly and inviting love the show room and also the waiting room with all the refreshments and snacks. Keep up the great work Orange Park Subaru 5 stars All Day.

From passing by to check out a possible car lease for my mother to purchasing 3 vehicles. It was unexpected but Gustavo made it a breeze and with his leadership team Lazaro and Jody they made sure I had the best options and gave me and my family plenty of options to work with so we stayed within our budget. My son was interested in the Acura TLX. We were able to purchase his dream car at Hanania Subaru. He loves his car. A big Thank you to Andrew. Your customer service skills are outstanding. I would have given 5 stars, but I didn’t like how the finance manager Tyler gave us wrong information about the technology warranty. Otherwise we are happy with the purchase.

I had the best experience today and I found my dream car with the help of David and Eddie. I am extremely grateful that this was a swift and easy process and I’m just happy that my car search was over. I was able to get an Audi S5 with no money down. Firstly I would like to say that Mike was a great salesperson, and he made the car buying experience more bearable. He wasn’t pushy, and was helpful and knowledgeable. He stayed up later past closing time to work with us then met us the morning after, was willing to work with us on price. He even brought some Lysol wipes to help me clean the inside of the car a bit. The reason I am giving 4 stars is because they did NOT detail this car and I’m not happy with the detailing department. The car was grimy even after they “detailed” it, but honestly it looked like they just ran it through the car wash. So now I’m going to have to pay like $90 to get this thing deep cleaned. Not happy about that. Our finance guy also was nice, but was pretty pushy to try and get me to sign up for a warranty. I did, but it’s going to be canceled ASAP because when the math is done, it’s just not worth it. I assume he gets some sort of commission for it. Last thing I wasn’t happy about was that our used car’s 12V outlets were not working and they did not fix it. Mike said they looked at the fuse and it’s not blown, but they couldn’t get them working. We will see if this car holds up over time, if it doesn’t, my review will certainly change, but I’m hopeful that it will last. Hyundai of orange park states that they have the cars inspected before going out on the lot and that seemed to be reflected on the CarFax. Overall good experience, and would recommend Mike as a salesperson

Our experience at Jack Hanania Chevrolet with Anthony and James Ruffner was the best car buying experience we have ever had. This speaks a lot of volume as we typically buy a new car every other year. The way that Anthony carried himself and his communication style made it feel like we were working with a friend versus a salesman. He was not pushy, was very honest with the process, extremely professional, and made sure that all our questions were answered in a timely manner. To be transparent, we had already worked out a deal with a new Lincoln Navigator at another dealership and we were going to head in to sign paperwork when we stopped and met Anthony to see one last vehicle out of interest. Vehicle aside, it was his demeanor that kept us there and led us to back out of the other deal and move forward with them. When it came to James, I went in with the normal mindset that we would be pushed around by finance as we typically are in other dealerships, but to our surprise, we were met by a completely different persona. James was soft spoken, confident, well rounded in knowledge, and chose to build a relationship with us versus just SALE SALE SALE. Because of this we had another (First) and bought an extended warranty which we had never done before. Overall we will continue to shop with them for all future vehicles as this has made us a supporter of their organization and the GM brand.

We purchased a Chevy Silverado with the amazing help of Clay! We were able to make an appointment with him & he even took us early, he made the experience very enjoyable! I just want to say that Travaris and the whole team was amazing! We went to test drive only and he immediately made us feel like we truly were so important. The main thing my husband loved was when we said that we were going to go test ride other vehicles he said OK have a good time and come back to us and let us know what you think. Not one time did he say anything negative about a competitor car or another dealership he was positive told us to go enjoy and that he would be there when and. If we needed him! We did just that. We came back. Never dreaming that we would be able to get into the one I truly loved , but he made it happen! Thank you so much for the whole teams work of making this easy and the less stress I've ever had at a dealership. This is our third Hyundai and I do truly love their cars.

The dealership's service department contacted me advising my service was due, I set the appointment for an oil change, arrived, was received ASAP, and left with an oil change, tire rotation, a recall fixed, and left with a clean car. Very pleasant experience. David was very nice and helpful throughout the whole process. No pressure at all. Most dealerships you feel pressured into buying one of their cars. But not here. David was very patient and walked us step by step the whole process before we even signed any paperwork.
